If you want to delete your student account, please send an email to helpdesk@generation.global specifying that you want your account deleted from the Teacher Portal.
It is important that you send us a message from the email that is linked to your account on the Teacher Portal. This is to verify that you have access to that email address and that you are the person linked to the account you are requesting to delete.
If you have lost access to the email address you have used to create your account on the Ultimate Dialogue Adventure, please send us a request through the Support Centre specifying your details.
