Firstly, please make sure you have successfully booked your place; you will receive an email immediately after you have requested your place to acknowledge this.
Session confirmations are typically sent 5-7 days before the scheduled date if there are sufficient bookings. If necessary, confirmation may be provided as late as 2-3 days prior to scheduled date, to allow additional time for bookings. If a session does not proceed and you receive a cancellation email, you may contact us to reschedule to another confirmed session.
